Error 116

I just bought a new laptop and was trying to get photoshop downloaded. And I get error 116.

I tried again as it suggested. Same thing.

I've turnoff my firewall a few times, I've restarted it. That helped they similar issue I was having with bridge and that worked. I've even connected to my network cable and same thing.

What can I do?
