Error 1325 Document is not a valid short file name

I get this error above when I try to lode adobi reader XI    I am using windows vista busness 32 bit can you help Reg John

    Do you use any unusual names on your folders? That would indicate an issue with translating the file names used to the 8.3 DOS convention, so e.g. "Program Files" becomes "Progra~1", as you seem to be installing to a FAT formatted drive...
