Error 16

So I just bought the student edition of creative cloud and installed the creative cloud desktop application. Once done with this I started installing Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Well when they finished both popped up with the message to uninstall and reinstall. Also the error code 16. I did my research befog putting this message out and I have tried every solution and nothing is working. Someone pleaseeeee help me!
