Hard drive died, had new one installed and techs had to manually restore the new hard drive from my backup. The migration assistant would not work. I now get this message when starting up an Suite app, "Please uninstall and reinstall the product.  If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.  Error: 16  This is a Mac and I am not sure how to delete the total Suite.

    If you had installed the apps using Migration Assistant/ Backup , you need to remove the Adobe apps and install the same using Original Installation Media.

    It is better to perform complete removal and re-installation process.

    Let me know whether you had installed any other Adobe apps using original installation media other than the ones you installed via Migration Assistant/Backup?
