Error 16 - Contact Customer Care - right!

I recently migrated from one Mac to another Mac. I signed out of Lightroom 6 and deactivated PS6 (I am not in CC). On the new Mac, i cannot get into Lightroom 6 or PS6 , as I get an error 16. It says to contact Adobe Technical Support. Yeah right! How do you do that? On the Adobe sight, through your account, you go through numerous questions that do not answer your question and then you click on Contact support and it tells you that you are not eligible for support. This is not good customer relations. Adobe has good products but I am not impressed with its customer service. How can I get to Adobe and get help with this infamous error 16.

Adobe does not provide support for older products.  Your best bet for trying to get help is to post in the forums and provide as much information as you can relative to the problem.
