Hi! I have photoshop installed on my mac, but have got a new mac and want to install the same product that I bought on that one. I have transferred the whole file from my other mac via an external harddisk, but I get an "error 16" message when I try to open it.
You need to install Adobe applications. Transferring them between drives/machines does not work. Here is a general link for downloading older versions of Adobe software. If you cannot find yours then indicate which version it is and a better link might be made available.

You will also need your serial number. If you registered the software when you first installed it then you might be able to find it thru your Adobe account online.
