ERROR 16...La ayuda proporcionada x adobe no funciona en absoluto.

Todo funcionaba bien hasta que decidieron actualizar Photoshop hace un par de dias y Luego fue peor cuando "actualizaron" Creative Cloud. Resultado toda mi suite paga de Creative Cloud se estropeo. no funciona nada. en ninguna computadora. no puedo volver a descargarlo. error 16 me dice. Segui los 473 pasos que sugiere adobe como solucion cambiando los permisos de admisnitrador etc y no funciona.
Si alguien sabe como resolver esto agradeceria su consejo

it's not clear what the problem is.  part, or all, of that may be because of the translation to english.

i think you may have already gone through these steps trying to fix an error 16 that you see when doing something with adobe programs, Configuration error | Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite 6, 5.5, and 5

but want to make sure.

Ya seguimos los pasos, cambiamos permisos, etc... pero sigue sin solucionar el problema... qué más se debe de hacer??
