ERROR 190 when updating Creative Cloud Desktop

There are numerous posts regarding Creative Cloud error messages, and Community Manager Jeff Wright is providing incomplete and incorrect information on the matter. There is only one thing the backend team needs to do here: A minor code change for the application! Many companies continue to use Windows 10 today for various reasons, and this will persist for some time. Yet, Adobe expects us to upgrade our computers to Windows 11. This is simply unfair! Please assign more qualified and knowledgeable community experts here, experts who are actually in contact with the backend team regarding technical issues!

Thank you for posting, @Jubilant_think08b3.

I understand your frustration with Error 190 and the impact this change is having on customers who continue to use Windows 10.

I reviewed the account associated with your community profile and can confirm that a Creative Cloud Pro subscription was purchased directly from Adobe on September 26.

You mentioned that the previous information provided in a community discussion was incorrect. Could you clarify which specific information you believe was inaccurate? That will help ensure we are discussing the same issue and allow us to provide the most accurate information available.

If your goal is to resolve Error 190 on your system, please contact us so we can review your configuration and investigate the issue further. I do not see an active support case associated with your account at this time.
