Error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly component {AE56AAF5-F3C0-3D4B-8859-

I have tried 38 different ways of configuring my stratup and deleting all antivirus programs and incription programs = NOTHING.  I keep on hitting the above Erros 1935 message.  HELP !!!

Please confirm the Adobe application you are using.

I have tried everything in that KA and other ones and still have the same issue.  I have Adobe PE 11.  Tired of rebooting and reinstalling.
