Read through a couple of similar forums but haven't been able to find anything that has solved the problem.

If anyone knows how to solve the problems causing this error code please let me know.

I don't know why these peole don't wanna tell us the solution. but I figured it out just now. I turned off the firewall and all the windows defender in the settings. now it's installed. goodluck
