Error 205

No matter what I try I can not seem to solve the error 205. I have disabled my firewall, completely cleared creative cloud files with CC Cleaner Tool. I assume it's some kind of connectivity issue, so I switched from wireless to LAN, still nothing. Any help is much appreciated
