Error: 214 is displayed during the update
(Version v 5.5.0.017) of Creative cloud.
Therefore, Creative Cloud cannot be opened

Elio, I am sorry, but Error 214 occurs because the Creative Cloud desktop app cannot connect to our servers to authenticate the membership.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/licensing-errors.html for steps you can take to resolve this condition. Also, update this public forum discussion if you have any questions about the listed solutions or encounter a new error.

Hi Jeff !! I followed all the steps ..... but it keeps giving error: 214
