Hi there,

after downgrading from WIN 10 to WIN 7 i have tried to reinstall my Applications (PS, AI, ID). Error 301 appeared and i have not found any help in other discussions.

So would be great if someone has experience with this error - code and can give me a solution.

Thanx a lot

Peter

Thanks for the update Peter. Just to confirm have you tried downloading and installing Adobe Photoshop CS6 from the following link: Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications ? If not , then please give it a try.

While downloading and installing the apps, please turn off any anti-virus, system optimizer, internet or browser security software's if installed and share the results.

Hi Peter,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Adobe Creative cloud apps as it fails with an error code "301",

I would recommend you to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015, see the steps on how to do that in the below help document:

Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements, and Photoshop Elements

Once uninstalled, use the below link to manually download and install Microsoft Visual C++ Run-time 2015:

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center

Let us know if this helps.

Hello Bani,

thanx for answering so quick. I did how you proposed and deleted all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Versions. After that i installed the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 by following your link.

But it didn`t work out. When trying to install Photoshop CS6 i get the "waiting" information and nothing happens. Perhaps you have another advice for me?

Best regards

Peter
