Error 43: unable to install CC 2015

I used the DC 2015 to the present day when the Application Manager did not give an update failure. I could not help but try to remove it and install it again but it gave me error 43.

I tried deleting all files by removing the suite also with the help of CleanerTool but nothing, I still get the same error 43 while I try to install the application Creative Cloud.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I’ve removed all Adobe application, there aren’t any “Adobe” folders inside Application Support directory and also in Utilities folder. All application has been removed with uninstaller and successively with AdobeCreativeCloudCleenerTool.

When I download and try to install CC a popup window error appear (error 43).

Best regards
