Error 500

Just bought photography plan and when click on download app I get the message Error 500 Internal sever error.

I have turn of firewall, tried safe mode restart and have had conversation on live chat,all to no avail.

Very frustrating not sure what to do.

There's nothing we as users can do about a server error.  Adobe needs to fix that at their end.
