I'm trying to download my CC apps but I keep getting this message. I checked the status page but it's showing everything up and running. Am i the only one having this issue right now? Tried on both my PC and MacBook Pro and getting the same message. Any help appreciated!

Hi there,

it's annoying... but other than waiting, there really isn't much you can do when it comes to the "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error)" error When that pops up, it means that the Adobe servers have a temporary "hiccup".

If it still persists, please get in touch with the Adobe Customer Care:

» Adobe Help Center

Kind Regards,
Maurice

I see I'm not the only one experiencing a problem trying to download CC apps. I just started a trial where the clock is ticking. Not to mention Adobe having a problem with a server. Makes me seriously question uploading any of my photos if I can't access them when I need to.

Having the same problem. Everytime I open my photoshop CC, the message "we can't verify your subscription status..." pops up. Something about connectivity issues, but my internet is fast with everything else though. Tried logging in to my creative cloud desktop app, but the app itself won't load. Just showing the spinning loading symbol. I think it's adobe's server that's having an issue right now
