Error #72 when trying to update Creative Cloud for desktop
Hi all,
I've just purchased a Photography Plan (annual, monthly paid). Prior to this, I had a previous version of Creative Cloud (as I tried Lightroom as trial version in the past) and the application requested for update to latest version. When trying to install the latest version of Creative Cloud I received the following error message: "Error updating Cretive Cloud for desktop (Error code: 72). Please contact us for support.". How can I deal with this error and finalize installing Cretive Cloud?
