Error al instalar after effects se queda congelado en 88%

Question

Contraté el paln de After effects pero al omento de instalarlo en mi laptop se queda congelado en 88% y ya no continúa, mi equipo tiene 32gb de ram, 2gb de tarjeta grafica dedicada, tiene 280 gb. de almacenamiento libre y windows 11, no entiendo porque se congela y no se llega a instalar.
