Error Code:1

I've been trying to download the Animate CC free trial for a month. It just won't work. I've searched up everything possible, seeing if someone's going through what i am. No one is. Maybe it's the type of Windows I have? I am currently using the Windows 7 Home Premium. I've tried the OOBE file technique; no luck. Whenever i try to download Animate CC or Creative Cloud, it stops at about 10 to 30% saying it failed to download, giving me the error code 1 or p1. Does anyone have any other ways of fixing this problem?

not really but you can't undo that.  so continue to step 2 and clean.

apply all applicable steps.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
