Adobe is not working properly, recieving an Error Code: 1, any solutions?

    Hi JD1932Beck,

    Please uninstall and reinstall the software.

    How if it doesn't work? I tried to open the Photoshop app and this it what shown in the notification :

    I tried to follow the instruction to uninstall it but there seems to be a problem. It is said right there that :

    At first It's working just fine. But after I downloaded either adobe creative cloud or adobe illustrator cs6 portable in the net, everything just crashed like that. How am I supposed to do?
