error code 1 strikes back

I'm HULK RAGE frustrated right now.  getting error code 1 when i try to reinstall creative cloud.  been a subscriber for years, had this problem before but safe mode and the cleaner tool always fixed before.   not this time.  i've scoured this forum an the internet and NOTHING is working.   this is costing me money and screwing things up.  for this much money it shouldnt be this hard to get access to my software and get it to install correctly.

my point is, it seems to me unreasonable that for what we pay adobe we have to trick the cloud app into installing.

i'm not sure what safe mode has to do with and this and you failed to mention creating a new admin account.  but if you've tried everything, there's nothing more to do.
