Error Code 102 in Photoshop 2025 — Can’t Launch the App Even with Active License

I’m having a persistent issue with Photoshop 2025 on macOS. Every time I try to open the app, I get an error window that says:

“An error has occurred in Photoshop; it needs to be closed. Use reference code 102.”

I’ve tried everything I could find, including:

• My Creative Cloud account is active and licensed (I also bought Illustrator).

• Internet is working.

• System date/time and certificates are correct.

• Reinstalled Photoshop several times.

• Gave Photoshop Full Disk Access in macOS settings.

• Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.

• No firewall or antivirus issues.

• Logged out/in and restarted Creative Cloud.

The same problem with Illustrator. Nothing has worked so far. I contacted Adobe Support in my country, but they haven’t helped me resolve the issue. I urgently need Photoshop for work and feel very stuck, despite paying for everything.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
