Error code 117 while trying to install Adobe Illustrator

Hey, I downloaded Creative Clound and wanted to test the Adobe Illustrator for a task at work. I downloaded the program and upon installation got the following error:

Exit Code: 117 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Fatal Error '117' occurred while download FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobeIllustrator19-Core Version: 19.2.1.147). Error code: '117'

I have the same problem at work, at home though I have no issue, the difference is in the fact that at work I use a Domain user, if I create a local admin on the machine I can DL with no problems
