Error code 127

Hi,


I am trying to install the following:

Premier pro CC (2017) and more.

I install all without problem but premier pro I get an error message.

It is saying Installation Failed. When I click for more, it says Unable to extract files...

Exit Code: 127

ERROR: Cannot open file 'C:\adobeTemp\ETRE214.tmp\1\support\Tutorial\Going Home project\Audio\Going Home - SFX.mp3' for writing: Error 5 Ingen tilgang.

ERROR: Cannot open file 'C:\adobeTemp\ETRE300.tmp\1\support\Tutorial\Going Home project\Audio\Going Home - SFX.mp3' for writing: Error 5 Ingen tilgang.

ERROR: Cannot open file 'C:\adobeTemp\ETRE3EB.tmp\1\support\Tutorial\Going Home project\Audio\Going Home - SFX.mp3' for writing: Error 5 Ingen tilgang.

I had a very similar issue with Error code 127. I found that when restarting the PC in Safe Mode with Networking, I could then install Photoshop and Premiere.

Hi johanb3546993,

I understand that you are getting Exit code 127 while installing Premiere Pro. Firstly, I would suggest you to check your system's compatibility with this app Premiere Pro System Requirements for Mac OS and Windows . If your machine meets the system requirements, then please follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the below links in order to fix this issue.
