Error code: '146' during Photoshop CC installation

Hi all,

I'm trying to install photoshop cc via creative cloud app on windows 10 but it doesn't work.
I allways receive the error Error code: '146'

Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it.

A camera raw installation was the reason why it failed.
