Hi Jeff,
that does not answer my question: Why has it been possible to install the PS-CC Update directly, LR Classic CC after 2 days and minimum 3 new trials and the LR CC not? The same computer, the same Windows 10 and the same Defender? And believe me, it's not an easy decision to bring a catalog of more than 100.000 pictures including their different keywords in any danger.
Herbert, I am sorry but it does sound like you are facing multiple errors on the Windows 10 computer. Not only during the download and install process but also while attempting to use the applications.
We have already discussed Error 156. If there are any additional errors from the download and installation process that you would like to review then please post them to this public forum discussion.
