error code 183 photoshop elements and windows 11

I tried to install Photoshop elements 2022 on my new PC with Windows 11.

I have error code 183.

I tried all the solutions given on this forum. They don't work for my problem.

Here is an extract of the lof file

if you actually tried everything in these forums, there's nothin more to try, but i'm guessing you haven't tried everything.

I am experiencing a similar problem. I have just purchases a new laptop (top of the range Microsoft Surface ) running Windows 11. I have Photoshop Elements 2023 in my old PC and have been trying to download the program on the new laptop but I keep getting error 183 message.

As instructed in previous chats I have downloaded the suggested Microsoft programs vcredist x64 and vcredist x86.

The only difference is that now the error message appears when the download is about 80% complete but otherwise no success.  Any idea about what to try next?

error 183 is an installation error, not a download error.  are you really having a download problem?
