Error Code 183 while installing and no useful solution

I've been trying all day to download photoshop on creative cloud and I keep getting Error Code 183. The only help I get is a table saying that Error Code 183 is when there's a problem with the directory or whatever. Answers in the forums are also useless. I'd like to be able to download the product I bought. And yes, I did update my computer to the latest version.
