Error Code 184 when updating After Effects

Need some help as I keep getting this error - WHAT DO I DO?

 

- 2 fatal error(s), 2 error(s), 3 warnings(s) FATAL: Error (Code = 184) executing in command 'MoveFileCommand' for package: 'AdobeAfterEffects17AllTrial', version:17.0.5.16 FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeAfterEffects17AllTrial Version: 17.0.5.16). Error code: '184' ERROR: CopyPrimitiveEx | GetAnyOperationsAborted failed with error: 0 ERROR: CopyPrimitiveEx | GetAnyOperationsAborted failed with error: 0 WARN: Unable to delete file at "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2020\Support Files\typesupport\cmaps\WP-Symbol". Error 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. WARN: File C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2020\Support Files\typesupport\cmaps\WP-Symbol locked with Process AEGPUSniffer.exe WARN: Unable to move file at "C:\adobeTemp\ETR5564.tmp\1\universal\Professional\Support Files\typesupport\cmaps\WP-Symbol" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2020\Support Files\typesupport\cmaps\WP-Symbol" Error 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Dpopo, the update is unable to complete because the necessary files are already in use by another program or process. Please make sure you have closed After Effects before applying any essential updates.     If you have already closed After Effects, you may want to reboot the computer and try applying the update again. Whatever prevents the WP-Symbol and other files from being updated or moved may not be active after a reboot.

    Dpopo Error 184 indicates that a necessary file is locked an unable to be replaced/updated.  Have you rebooted the computer? If so, then please review any installed security software that may be preventing the installation process from completing.
