Error code 189 Insufficient Disk Space [was: Displays 'not enough memory']

Nothing wrong with that but it has nothing to do with Adobe or Error Code 189.

Error Code 189 is telling you that the local hard drive on your MacBook Air (typically small hard drives) is full and you need to free up some space by deleting some files.

There are many disk space analyser tools to help you with this. I use DaisyDisk for my MacBook Air.

And 50GBs is nothing in todays world.

What it sounds like is you purchased, and I'm not sure how you did this, 50 more GBs of some Online storage space. That does noting for the actuall amount of FREE hard drive space on your computer.

All of the above is on the assumption that you really meant 50GBs and not 500 or 5000 GBs.

I think you are confusing RAM and storage space

That isn’t memory you’ve paid for. Memory is RAM, chips inside the computer. Please use About this Mac from the Apple menu to tell us how much memory/RAM it shows.
