error code 202

can some one help me for my issue?, its been couple day I try to fix my photoshop and lightroom. when I run the software it telling me that error code 202. Already contact the adobe support 4 times and there no solution for this, many way they try but still no progress, Im using windows 11

    Arziqo, Error 202 occurs because the required security certificates are missing and invalid.  Please follow the suggestions offered in case ADB-21075359-Y9W6 and https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/licensing-errors.html to remove the Adobe-related entries.

     

    If you continue to encounter problems, please update your active support case using the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html.  Support case ADB-21075359-Y9W6 is currently open and pending your response.

    Hey, 

    I'm using Windows 11 too and I have the same issue...

    Check whether Adobe Certificate entries are avaiable in the Certificates-Current User > Personal>

    Which means you are using a Beta TEST version, since that operating system has not been officially released by Microsoft

     

    You need to tell Microsoft so that organization can fix their software
