Error code 205 Illustrator does not open.

Adobe couldn't solve my problem either. We talked for almost half a day. Ancak illüstratör hala açılmıyor. Tried many things including installing new system. I deleted all apps and reinstalled from Creative cloud. I tried from 3 different internet connections. But nothing changes. All my work has been delayed please can someone help? Thanks in advance for your interest.
