I followed the above mentioned steps, but the problem still persists

Please download creative cloud using following steps.

1) open following link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html

2) Open a new tab in the same browser

3) open following link in that tab http://prodesigntools.com/trials2/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/ACCCx3_4_1_181.zip

4) install creative cloud using the file downloaded from link on step 3

Note: It is important to do it step by step as opening first link is to make sure you do not get access denied error while using second link in that browser.

Hi,

Please try following steps

For Mac

2) Navigate to following locations and assign the current user full permissions to adobe folders. To navigate click go from menu bar at then click goto.. type /Library/application support/   and click go.

3) To assign the permission right click on adobe folder and click Get info.. A property window will open. Then click on lock symbol to enable editing. Then click + sign to add your username. Then change read only to read and write. Then click gear symbol at the bottom and click apply to enclosed items and click ok.. Proceed to next step then.

4) open utilities from application library itself and delete Adobe application manager and creative cloud

I try the above, and still fails with error 43.

I try it on various Windows,  windows 10, windows 7 (on different computers)- and even uninstall all Adobe products with no avail.

and before it would work with the same PC/ Windows images...
