Error Code 34

I installed Creative Cloud desktop and am using it to download/install several adobe CC programs.  I installed Premier and Illustrator without issue, but get hung up on After Effects.  It downloads fine but during extraction it stops and gives me a "Installation Failed" error "Errors encountered during installation.(34)"

If I go to "read more" button I get this message:

Exit Code:34

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.

-1 fatal error, 0 error

FATAL: Payload "Camera Profiles Installer_9.0_AdobeCameraRawProfile8.0.0All 9.0.0.60 {36BF72E8-4EE9-4868-AB3F-1ABF6FABDE7E}" information not found in Mediia_db.

I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleanup Tool and did a full cleanup, then reinstalled Adobe CC Desktop and started over but this happens every time.  I've repeated twice.

Any ideas?  This is extremely frustrating!

What a weird workaround - seems like there would be a software fix on Adobe's part for this if it's a known issue.
