I'm trying to install  the Creative Cloud Desktop application and I'm  getting this error message: Installer was unable to access a critical file/directory. Error Code:46

Please try reinstalling  again.

Well, I have tried at least 5 times, and the same error message pops up each time.

What am I doing wrong? I'd would greatly appreciate your help.
