error code 62

Hi,

I'm trying to install creative cloud to my Imac (desktop manager) at some point I get this message : Creative Cloud  desktop failed to install (Error code 62).

Hope someone has to answer!!

Try below step.

Navigate to /Library/Application Support/Adobe

Delete OOBE, Adobe Application Manager folders.

Navigate to Finder > Applications > Utilities

Delete Adobe Application Manager folders, Adobe Creative Cloud folders

Then try to install.
