Hi Guys

I have a huge problem on a Mac OSX 10.10.5.

We had to delete the keychains for some login reasons, since then, might not me related but just in case, any Adobe CC 2017 will not open. The error I get is the following

Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 cannot be opened because of a problem.

Check with the developer to make sure Adbe Photoshop CC2017 works with this version of OS X.

You may need to reinstall the application and the OS X.

Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.

Even after entering admin credentials nothing if beeing fixed. I also tried the suggested solution to uninstall and reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud but still nothing. When I try to install the Adobe Creative Cloud I get the following message
