I have Windows 7. I have just tried to install Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements and I am getting a failed installation with Exit Code: 7 Error: DF 024

ERROR: DF024: Unable to move file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\adobeTemp\{C75EDFE2-E94B-476D-89B6-A13C1D98BD03}\_258_379d8a9331428c312d4216c20ede2ca9" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 13 Organizer\\adbeape.dll" Error 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.. Try setting correct permissions to the specified file/folder or parent folder, so that admin has rights to modify it.(Seq 370)

I have not had this problem before.

Thanks for your quick reponse. I treid the fisrt solution and repaired the Microsoft Visual C++ and then Elements and Photoshop installed OK.
