error code p202

tried updating my creative cloud app and got error code p202

I have read a lot of discussions on this, any further help is appreciated.

i have tried uninstalling creative cloud, it finishes with errors

Tried uninstalling all other creative cloud apps from within the control panel as  it was suggested this could be preventing clean uninstall

I just get errors about windows not being able to find the uninstall.ee

I have been trying for over a week now with no luck

after all, this when I open Dreamweaver I get Vulcan errors, the brain is now melted

is there a way to force uninstall everything?
