There is no solution in adobe help centre for those error codes. can some someone tell me the solution if you know

Note: my internet connection is capable to download it (30 Mbps)

if you're having trouble downloading the cc desktop app use a different browser and/or internet connection.

otherwise, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
