Error code P206 installing Adobe CC

I have problem with instalation of Adobe Creative Cloud, because I have still Win 7. But I have already activated protocol TLS 1.2 for Windows and I have also Google Chrome with TLS 1.2. 

I have deactivated even security program. 

Do you have an idea, why it does not work?
