Error if I try to install PS on local disc (E)

I need to install photshop. but my ssd is full, now a wnat to chainged the site of install for my disc local (E). but when i want to change the route they give me a error. saying that they cant changed the route... pls how can fix this problem.

You must install the Cloud manager on your boot/C drive... then go to the option in the upper right corner of the manager program and there will be an option to change the install location for other programs
