Error in downloading. Where's the problem?

I just joined Creative cloud, installed trial version of InDesign, tried to install Bridge, Photoshop and then Illustrator. With all of them i get this same info : Error in downloading. Where's the problem??

    I was trying to download trial versions, with this creative cloud window popping each time after one trial downloading (Indesign-downloading went just fine, after it all I'm getting is this 'latausvirhe' notification = 'error in downloading').
    Sorry - my mac speaks Finnish. No notes or codes, just this window and i don't know how to proceed.

    uninstall creative cloud? Or what, sorry i don't follow.

    if that's the 403 error, Download error 403 launching Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Application Manager) | CCM
