Hi there,

I'm having issues installing Photoshop CC 2015 with the Creative Cloud app. Other apps installed just fine, but for some reason Photoshop always ends in an error message. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole thing using the Adobe CC Cleaner, but I'm still getting the same results.

Here's the log:

Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting.
For example,  ERROR: DF024 ...

I hope someone can help me with this, I need photoshop running on this laptop as soon as possible.

Correct answer kglad

The error is code 7, the log is posted in my original post. I already tried uninstalling everything and using the cloud cleaner tool, that didn't help. Looks like I may need a full windows reinstallation. Bummer.

you could contact adobe support by using a browser that accepts cookies and allows popups, click here and as soon as it's available click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hiya! I had this same error message. The solution I found is when going to start the Adobe Creative Cloud program, I right-clicked and selected "Run as Administrator" This is also after a reboot of the computer for what it's worth. I am running Windows 7 Home.

OK, I tried all of that and I still can't get it to work. Still getting exactly the same error. Is there any way to install photoshop outside of the Creative Cloud app?

yes.

You can use the appropriate link below for your installation file(s)

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
