what das it mean?i tried 4 times to instal adobe cc and and the progres goes til 42 % and every time i should restart my terminal

Monikar97584577 I am sorry but what specific Adobe Creative software title are you installing?  Do you receive any specific error messages?  I would recommend  reviewing the installation log files for specific errors.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

I too have received this same error message.  Infact here is a copy of the log file.

Exit Code: 15 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR:   -------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------  - 0 fatal error(s), 1 error(s)    ERROR: Media DB Error : 12 

I have not be able to find a solution to this problem on adobe forums or on other sites and adobe staff has been less than helpful in this matter.  I called their tech support line and have been on hold for 15 minutes or more (and at this point I'm assuming they've closed the lines and not told customers).  This has been a very frustrating experience and a great way for Adobe on it's part to alienate customers by not providing better support.  I cannot use a program that will not work and expect to offer my clients good results.

Trippm9009735 I am sorry you are facing difficulty installing Adobe software. What software are you trying to install?  Can you please repost the log file.  Only one line of the log is visible in your post.
