Error message 147:20 when opening any application - CS4

Hi,

I have CS4 that I purchased at a discounted rate in college. I tried to open a PDF today in Acrobat and received the error message 147:20 saying I couldn't open and that I have to contact an IT admin, or call support. I called support and was directed here and am not sure how I can either get it activated or re-install it. I understand that it's an old version, but didn't Adobe just give CS4 out for free anyway? Any help would be appreciated.

Error  147:20 is usually due to licensing issues.
