Installing CC and has come up with a problem - error message 214, what is this?

Oh good point Peter.  I think I read Installing CC as InDesign CC in post #1.   I will keep monitoring the discussion and can move it again if needed.  Feel free to do so if you see a response before I do.


It seems that it was an Adobe downloading issue and I have now successfully completed that task. Now downloading the Ps & Lr apps albeit very slowly.

Can you share the complete message, what you are doing, a screenshot of the error? So you install what program? Some what more detail helps to get you helped on this error.

Jeff, where was this? I don't see any indication it is an InDesign problem rather than a general cloud issue...

Peter Spier this was in the Creative Cloud Download and Install forum.  My impression is that it is a launch error.
