Error message: "Adobe CS6 installer is not optimized for your Mac". I don't have CS6, I have CC.

Question

I got this popup message this morning. I am running CC, not CS6. I do not own CS6. I am a longtime professional using Adobe products and am very careful about what comes on to this machine. Is this for real Adobe?

Shortly after this message, Creative Cloud Desktop started running 5 auto-updates successfully:

A number of CC apps still use the old 32-bit installers. CS6 is probably the filename and it was never changed.

Do not upgrade to Catalina until you are fully committed to 64-bit for everything including installers, add-ons and supporting apps.

As far as I know, that is an Apple message when you have any 32bit programs, since the next version of the Mac operating system will be 64bit only... I don't have a Mac, so I have no idea why that Apple message says CS6
