error message installing CS6

I have just installed the Master Collection CS6.  At the end of installation, it showed a few as successful, but also had "Some items for the following products could not be installed successfully: En Au Sg Pr Ae Fl Dw Fw Id Pl"          I have run the updates, and have opened each of the programs... and haven't gotten any errors during this.

Any ideas why the installation error(s) came up?

    Only the install logs can tell and some more info about your system would also help immensely...

    Thanks to your directions, I have found the compressed files, copied them to a normal folder, then started with this one.

    Let me know if there is something that needs to be done to make it right….
