Error message saying that I am unable to reach adobe servers and to check my fire wall settings

I have installed everything on another computer on my network that should have all the same firewall settings, but I can't get this to go on my windows 8.1 desktop.  I have even shut my firewall off and I get the same message.  Should I work with Adobe or my Norton (my firewall software) to get a solution to this?

Hi rexjason,

Kindly disable the Norton security software once & try to install Adobe CC after that.

Let us know if it doesn't resolve.
